I got my self a ZONG prepaid SIM and activated it yesterday. Today a relative of mine called me and said that you were against those fancy dial tunes and now you are using the same cheap service ... I was like :O:O... To my surprise he was right. I hate this pathetic service and music was that cheap Zong ad "PHONE ON HAI" :@:@ I called the call center, after 5 minutes they answered my call I explained the matter to them. They said its not possible. You have to deactivate it by sending sms to 230 and charges will be Rs 5 + Tax....
I said I didn't even activate the service than why will you charge me 5 Rs. He said it is not possible, you get confirmation for activating the service.
 

So I had to spend 5 Rs + Tax to deactivate the most pathetic service of all.

Moral of the story.... these network operators are doing unethical activities to earn more and more...
